Disrupt, Adapt, Preserve or Die? (VIDEO)

Why do some schools and colleges thrive while others struggle to sustain themselves?  What makes them different? Why are they more likely to be strategically successful ?

In January we published a new framework — The Strategy Continuum — that outlines the hallmark behaviors of four different types of schools and colleges.  I have introduced it in various speaking and client engagements with several requests to share it more broadly.  It seems to be striking a chord with a lot of readers, allowing them to locate their school on the continuum and to better understand how they can move forward, advancing more innovative strategy.

So, here is a brief video that outlines the framework as well as the document.  The video and accompanying document are excellent fodder for a generative or strategic discussion with your board or leadership team.
