The New Hierarchy of Needs for Education | What Consumers Want
Here is an interesting tidbit of anecdotal research that we would like to share. We’ve been working with multiple schools and colleges throughout the summer on both their reopening plans and the communication surrounding them. Part of our work has been been researching what parents and students are seeking from reopening plans, across the nation, by conducting interviews and reviewing survey results from numerous clients. The net result is a stronger understanding of what consumers are seeking from their host schools and colleges as it relates specifically to reopening. Interestingly, a posture and plan of institutional confidence and safety surrounding the pandemic are paramount, while traditional attributes, such as community and excellence have moved lower in the hierarchy.
