Since 2003, under Paul’s leadership, SNHU has grown from 2,800 students to over 135,000 learners and is the largest nonprofit provider of online higher education in the country. Their story of transformation will literally blow your mind. When he arrived at SNHU, Paul recalls they had two problems: lack of endowment and lack of status. How does an educational institution thrive under those circumstances?
