Strategic Enrollment Management

The Independent School Association of Northern New England has teamed up with the Association of Independent Schools Admission Professionals to offer a unique professional development opportunity.  I invite you to join colleagues from across the nation at the first even Strategic Enrollment Management Plan Summit at the Portland Regency Hotel and Spa in Portland, Maine on May 8th and 9th.

This summit will start with the basics of understanding Enrollment Management as an integrated model of Recruitment, Retention, and Revenue.  It will include sessions targeting the use of financial aid, communication and marketing strategies.  This two day event will provide you and your team with the key elements and essentials to then go back to your school and implement for success. 

Ian will serve as the dean of faculty and play both a teacher and facilitator role at the Summit, providing both industry best practices knowledge and expertise.  He will be joined by an experienced cast of professionals that will provide boots-on-the-ground experiences and lend their knowledge base to the group.
