Strategic Progress at Augusta Prep

I returned to windy and wet Augusta Prep today to meet with the board of trustees as we finalize the key components of their strategic plan.  And, I had a wonderful opportunity to see their brand new W. Rodger Giles Institute for Inquiry.  The school will open the institute later this month.

We met at the extraordinary Georgia Cyber Center Hull McKnight Building.  The Georgia Cyber Innovation & Training Center is a unique public/private collaboration among academia, government, and the private sector. It is designed to meet the growing need for cyber security talent by addressing the cyber security workforce shortage with creative training solutions while shaping a culture of innovation.

A special shoutout to outgoing head of school Derrick Willard, who has led the school through extraordinary growth and health, as he prepares to move on to Ravenscroft School in Raleigh, a long standing ISA client.
