Friends of Children’s Hospital (MS) Wraps Up Strategic Plan

As part of our ongoing strategy work for regional and national nonprofits, ISA just wrapped up the strategic plan for Friends of Children’s Hospital in Jackson, Mississippi. Their strategic plan features new vision, mission, and core values statements, as well as three signature strategies to drive their purpose forward.

Friends of Children’s Hospital supports the only hospital in Mississippi dedicated solely to caring for kids, Batson Children’s Hospital, the flagship of the statewide health system, Children’s of Mississippi. It was founded in 1989 by a group of dedicated volunteers from around the state to fundraise, build awareness and encourage voluntarism for the Children’s Hospital.
