Ian will keynote and lead the Florida Council of Independent Schools Heads Retreat on June 15, 2021 in Hammock Beach, Palm Coast, Florida. The topic of the retreat is “Leadership in Challenging Times: The Ability to Innovate and Adapt More Important Than Ever”. We are excited to continue our partnership with this outstanding organization and connect with our many clients in the state.

Driven by a passion for educational excellence, the Florida Council of Independent Schools (FCIS) works to both set the standards and advance the quality of independent private school education in the State of Florida.

Founded in 1954, FCIS is the premier accrediting body for independent schools in Florida. It is one of only 10 state associations in the U.S. whose accreditation process has been recognized by the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS), the international authority on independent school accreditation representing schools in over 100 countries.

As one of the nation’s largest organizations of independent schools, FCIS represents over 73,000 students in 157 member schools. The Council also represents the interests of independent schools in matters of legislation and regulation.
