#JustCause Strikes Again! ISA to Partner with Chattanooga Girls Leadership Academy…Again

In 2015, ISA completed the first ever strategic plan for Chattanooga Girls Leadership Academy. That effort was our fifth #JustCause campaign program, capped off by a keynote speech by Ian at the CGLA Gala. ISA returns to partner again with CGLA as commitment to our pro-bono work in the #JustCause campaign, ready

About CGLA – The Chattanooga Girls Leadership Academy is a single gender, small learning community for girls in grades 6-12. The college preparation curriculum is centered on Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM). CGLA offers girls an accelerated and integrated remediation approach that is intended to move them to proficient and advanced levels within core academic subjects. A range of social supports that reflects girls’ social development needs are integrated into the educational experience.

About #JustCause – ISA believes education is the most powerful weapon we can use to change the world and solve systemic marginalization, oppression, and poverty.  ISA launched the #JustCause campaign in 2011 to raise public awareness and empower organizations using education to solve these issues.  Recent organizations served under the Just Cause campaign include Portland Tennis & Education (OR), KUZA (Oregon-based and Uganda-focused), Chattanooga Girls Leadership Academy (TN), Mississippi Children’s Museum (MS), and Village of Promise (AL).
