We are excited to announce the creation of ISA-University, set to launch this month. ISA-University is a portfolio of collaborative online and consulting services that seek to widen the environmental impact of our firm though non-traditional means, including online collaboration, ongoing professional development, and giving back.

ISA-U has three divisions – The Collaborative, Master Classes, and Just Cause – designed to enhance our impact and effectiveness within the education and nonprofit sector.

  1. #Collaborative > The Strategy Collaborative is a digital sandbox for discussion and collaboration on issues facing the advancement and proliferation of high quality education in the future. The primary purpose of the collaborative is provide a safe, confidential space for thought leaders to exchange, test, and advance ideas. Members of the collaborative utilize this service to identify, discuss, and test assumptions and models about educational pricing, delivery, accessibility, and other critical strategic issues facing education. Annual engagement in the Strategy Collaborative is by invitation.

  2. #MasterClass > ISA will offer a full series of online summer professional development classes in visioning, strategic planning, and strategic enrollment management for practitioners desiring to extend learning with experts in the nation. These classes are limited in enrollment, utilize a 100% online platform using video conference and collaboration tools, and take place in June, July, and August. Registration opens in February through the ISA website.

  3. #JustCause > We believe education is the most powerful weapon we can use to change the world and solve extreme poverty. ISA launched the #JustCause campaign in 2011 to raise public awareness and empower organizations using education to solve systemic poverty. Organizations served under the Just Cause campaign include Portland Tennis & Education (OR), KUZA (Oregon-based and Uganda-focused), Chattanooga Girls Leadership Academy (TN), Mississippi Children’s Museum (MS), and Village of Promise (AL).

If you are an education or nonprofit executive seeking high level strategic professional development in a flexible, online platform this summer, watch our blog or ISA-U site as we release our schedule of master classes early next week.
