Salem Academy Selects ISA…Again

Salem Academy in Salem, North Carolina has selected Ian Symmonds & Associates for a visioning and strategic planning process. Our work will commence in June with information gathering and analysis. Salem Academy has been an ISA client since 2016, when we completed a research-based strategic marketing project for the school.

Salem Academy is also connected to Salem College. Together, they are the oldest educational institution for girls and women in the United States. Its traditions of rigorous education for women and responsibility to the community found their roots in the convictions of their eighteenth-century Moravian forebears, who believed that girls and women were entitled to the same education as boys and men. The school was founded in 1772—four years before the Declaration of Independence was signed.

We anticipate working throughout the summer with Salem Academy as we forge a plan for their future. We are excited to welcome them back into the ISA client community.
