ISA Launches “Lessons Learned” Series
What does twelve years of research, consulting, and environmental scanning for 250 independent school, college, and association clients served in 48 states, 5 countries, and traveling over 3 million air miles produce? It provides an unprecedented level of experience and context with the trends and forces in the independent education industry. And, it produces a lot of lessons learned.
There is no one consultant that has achieved the level of “boots on the ground experience” with independent schools and colleges than Ian Symmonds. And, there is no one firm that has conducted more research with those schools than ISA. Since 2003, ISA has perhaps served perhaps the most diverse and dynamic set of clients in the nation. And, this summer, we are providing a blog series to bring some of those experiences to you.
If you are looking for short snippets of experience and perspective, join us for “Lessons Learned”, a summer-long blog series on every topic you could imagine in the independent education sector. We will explore a wide range of topics, from governance and leadership to curriculum and planning to culture and the competitive marketplace. We will be posting a new entry every week beginning Memorial Day weekend and continuing through Labor Day weekend. We’ll use the hashtag #lessonslearned on social media throughout the summer, making it easier to track our entries.
