ISA Seeks Associate Principal

Ian Symmonds & Associates seeks an associate principal to serve as a lead consultant in our Strategy and Thought Leadership Division.  This division conducts and manages client consulting strategic planning, strategic marketing planning, visioning, and positioning.  The division is led by our president, Ian Symmonds.

The associate principal will serve on existing and future client projects in a collaborative, apprentice fashion alongside our president, Ian Symmonds, through a training and development program, working toward eventual independent client project management. The position requires both extensive and intensive nationwide travel, long hours, and project management and administrative support skills.  Strong communication and technology skills are required.  The position is full-time, includes competitive and performance-based compensation, and presents an opportunity to learn and be trained alongside a national thought leader in independent education, cultural trends, and innovative consulting.
