Strategic Enrollment Management Conference

I will be leading the Strategic Enrollment Management Conference on September 24-25 in Portland, Maine.  This conference is a joint partnership between the Independent Schools Association of Northern New England (ISANNE) and the Association of Independent Schools Admission Professionals (AISAP) .  This is the second offering of this conference, the first launching in May 2012, and will feature strategic enrollment management and marketing leaders from across the nation.  

The concept is simple. Strategic enrollment management is a top institutional priority and takes the full support of finance, academics, marketing, student life, and the head of school.  Attending schools bring their executive team and work together on developing a strategic enrollment management plan in concert with the faculty.  Defined by industry best theory and practice, attending schools have the opportunity to learn from the leaders in the market, as well as collaborate as an executive team.  Most teams will walk away with a strategic enrollment management plan outline as a result of their attendance.
