Strategic Planning at Jackson Prep

Two years after approval of the strategic plan, Jackson Prep is moving along quite nicely in their strategic plan implementation.  A strong implementation team, excellent leadership both administratively and at the board level, and an exceptional positioning platform from which to work, “Prep” is succeeding at virtually all of the goals they established.  Fresh off an implementation meeting, the school is moving forward with great strategic direction.
