Ian to Facilitate the 2026 TAIS Heads Retreat

We are excited to announce that Ian will serve as the facilitator for the 2026 Tennessee Association of Independent Schools (TAIS) Heads Retreat on November 9, 2026, in Memphis, Tennessee.

Held in conjunction with the TAIS Annual Conference at Presbyterian Day School, the event brings together independent school leaders from across Tennessee and the Southeast for professional learning, collaboration, and discussion around the future of independent schools.

TAIS’s Annual Conference is one of the region’s premier gatherings of independent school educators and leaders, attracting hundreds of participants and presenters from across the educational landscape. The Heads Retreat provides a dedicated opportunity for heads of school to engage in thoughtful conversation around leadership, strategy, governance, and the evolving challenges facing independent schools.
