Building Strategy for Padel in Miami

Sometimes, you get the chance to step beyond your day-to-day work and take on a true passion project. This week, Ian had that opportunity, spending two days in Miami with Taktika Equity, developing forward-thinking strategies to grow the sport of padel in the United States.

Padel is the fastest-growing sport in the world and part of a larger ecosystem of racket sports—alongside pickleball, tennis, squash, platform tennis, and racquetball. While its presence in the U.S. is still emerging, the potential for growth is massive.

Even more meaningful: this project allowed Ian to reconnect with a lifelong passion—racket sports. And, it allowed ISA to dive deeper into business strategy development in the area of racket sports, a true intersection of interest for us.
