Ridley College Launches “Remarkably Ridley”

We recently had the privilege of working with Ridley College on its new strategic plan, Remarkably Ridley: Future Ready. Fully Human. Ridley offers an excellent example of what thoughtful strategic planning can accomplish when it builds upon institutional momentum, stable leadership, and a longstanding commitment to innovation.

Rather than reinventing its direction, the College has developed a forward-looking strategy that honors its identity while responding to a rapidly changing educational landscape. We are grateful to have been part of this work with such an exceptional school and leadership team. A wonderful example of strategic planning done well.
